Weekend Challenge

I was browsing my favorite blogs' list, and started with Beate Johns, my favorite. Check out Fresh and Fun to see her weekend challenge posted. Yesterday, I tried it--for the first time! I like the simplicity of the design--I can make it as easy or complex as I want. I made a total of 4 cards, using my Petals Designer Paper, and a variety of stamps. Unfortunately, I can't enter the contest since I have no way of posting the pictures! I thoroughly checked this computer, no way for my camera card to go in. my DH's laptop has blogger/blogspots blocked, so I can't go in that way either. Only one more week, and then we'll be back at home--or somewhere else??! Only God knows...Anyway, back to Fresh and Fun blog. Beate has inspired me to (want) to buy the ticket corner punch, the paper piercing tool kit, (along with the All In a Row stamp set that looks like faux-stiching) use square cards, use chocolate chip cardstock, and to try a number of projects. She's often on the split coast tutorials, and writes clear instructions. I've learned a lot from her. She also makes me want to say things like "Easy-Peasy", and "Mojo". I took pics of my cards anyway, and I'll post them along with my ingredients when I can.
